CARPE DIEM - 5k WALK
In memory of Coach O / Mr. O / Dennis Oudenhoven.

7:30 a.m. --- On-Site check-in begins.
8:30 a.m. --- Walk begins.

This is a RAIN-OR-SHINE event that is open to everyone
of any age.  It is a non-competitive event, intended to
raise funds and rovide a relaxed, fun time in memory
of Mr. O.

STARTS / ENDS
Dennis Oudenhoven Prayer Garden located at Xavier,
1600 W. Prospect Ave., Appleton.  It is "behind" Xavier...
near door # 11.  Check-in on July 10 starts at 7:30 a.m.
Walk begins at 8:30 a.m.  The 5k walk = 3.1 miles.

T-SHIRT
Register by June 30 and you will receive an event t-shirt.

ENTRY FEE
Children 4-and-younger = free,   5-14 = age of child,
15-and up = $15.

ROUTE

PROCEEDS
Benefit the Dennis Oudenhoven Memorial Scholarship,
which is an endowed scholarship established in memory
of Dennis Oudenhoven.  He was a teacher and coach at
Xavier for 32 years.  For almost 40 years Coach O was
involved in Catholic education in the Fox Valley.

The Oudenhoven Scholarship will help make it possible for
individuals to receive the benefits of a Catholic high school
education at Xavier...   via the ACES-XAVIER FOUNDATION.
